Privacy & Cookie Policies

General information.

Data location: some of our data is stored on servers outside of the UK, and in the USA. Where this is the case, we use companies who are signed up to Privacy Shield and are therefore compliant with the European GDPR. An example of this would be our use of Shopify for managing our web site.

Using customer information.

1. The areas of customer information that we collect and hold include personal information (such as name, address, telephone number and email address) and payment information (such as debit/credit cards)
2. We use customer data to process orders, and to use in our email list. We do not share information with any third parties.
3. Customer data is provided on a voluntary basis, while the email list data is provided on an opt-in voluntary basis.
4. Storage of customer data. For website sales, we retain customer data on the website (not credit card data) for an indefinite period of time. In the case of debit/credit card information, we are compliant with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard. We do not store any debit/credit card data longer than is necessary to process the payment. We use an independent card processing service for credit card payments.
5. We only share customer information with delivery companies for order processing requirements.
