Delivery & Returns

We use Royal Mail and DHL for delivery. While you would normally be advised of any delay in delivery, we cannot
report a missing parcel until 28 days have elapsed. If you have not received your delivery within 10 days maximum
please contact us urgently via our email address and we will endeavour to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
Delivery times stated do not include public holidays.
Returns policy. If you have received a faulty or damaged book, please contact us via our email address urgently and
include images of the problem, and we will replace the item post free. You may be asked to return the item/s, and
the book/s must be well packed, and preferably in the original packaging. Once received a full refund of your postage
will be returned to the card used to order.
